Administrator/Event Assistant Position
Perry Davis Associates seeks an Administrator/Event Assistant to work closely with the Controller and support the Principals and Senior Account Executives.
In organizing events, duties will include communication with vendors, updating tracking charts, correspondence with VIP guests and speakers, assisting with mailings, invitation and publication design, journal production, creating financial reports and staffing the event.
Administrative duties will include accounting support, monthly billing, office management support -- travel arrangements, photocopying/faxing/filing, organizing and maintaining client files, and other general clerical duties.
Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record in working independently, being detail oriented and having the ability to multi-task. Friendly demeanor and professionalism are a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience using and proficiency with MSWord, Outlook, Excel are required, Access and PowerPoint is preferred.
Working proactively and taking initiative to support the varying needs of the team is critical.
Work experience with the non-profit world and/or the Jewish community a plus.
