If it’s back office support that you need, we can organize your dinner data base, send out personalized invitations, and oversee the design and printing of your journal. We also keep track of contributions and attendees, and send out acknowledgements and letters of thanks.

Columbia University Kraft Student Center
PDA oversees the fundraising and planning efforts for Kraft's dinners. Working with the professional staff and lay leadership, PDA was hired to plan 4 major annual dinners, including site selection, solicitations, and dinner management. The events have honored, among others Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Herman Wouk, and Robert Kraft.

Koby Mandell Foundation
PDA coordinated The Koby Mandell Foundation Gala dinner for three years. These events have honored sports celebrities such as Willie Radolph and Tiki Barber and brought in new donors and dollars. These events supported the foundation’s works with bereaved families who have lost a parent, child, or sibling to terror attacks, through operation of a network of therapeutic camps and adult support groups across the state of Israel.

Diabetes Research Institute Foundation
For three year, PDA has managed The Diabetes Research Institute Foundation Carnival for a Cure. This family-friendly afternoon event featured food, games, prizes, auction and entertainment while raising both awareness and funds. Each year more than 1,000 kids and adults attended the Carnival.

American Friends of Magen David Adom
American Friends of Magen David Adom hired PDA to coordinate its first annual New York Gala at the Pierre Hotel. This black tie affair welcomed many of New York City's prominent philanthropists including Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Deputy Mayor Patti Harris and raised over $1.2 million.
